Real Estate is a tough business. While some of us are fortunate to sell a lot of homes, Real Estate is a "what's next?" business. Some of you may not know that in Real Estate, there is no guaranteed paycheck. If I don't sell, I don't get paid, period. This business can be feast or famine, and I often get asked by many clients how they can best get me a referral as thanks for helping them out. There are many ways someone can help send a referral over. Here are a few examples:
For one, if you have anyone you know thinking about buying or selling, you can help introduce them to me. It can be in person, sharing my number, a group text, or a group email. Warm introductions definitely work best and are most authentic coming from you directly.
You may see a posting online asking for a great Realtor. Generally, that post will generate tons of replies and posts tagging whichever Realtor someone likes. Those connections often overwhelm whomever is asking, but I certainly appreciate the thought! In Plymouth alone where my office is, there are over 1400 licensed agents!
Have an older family member who is considering downsizing or needs senior care? I can help there too, whether it be with senior care, selling a home, planning ahead to avoid probate, etc. I can help connect an attorney also, if needed. During this stressful time, proper planning is key.
Lastly, looking to buy a 2nd home, rental property or vacation home out of state? We have a great referral network where we can help interview and select a great Realtor anywhere in the US and/or world to pair you with also. We get a referral fee there for the connection and you get a pre-screened, awesome Realtor.
Any co-worker, friend, associate, neighbor, person sitting next to you at a bar, a sporting parent, a golf partner, and more all can be great contacts.
We appreciate all your efforts and kind referrals. Cheers!
